The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) is providing Notice of a 45-Day Public Comment Period of proposed modifications to California Code of Regulations, Title 19, Division 1, Chapter 13, related to State Fire Training – Fee List.  The Notice (NOPR), Initial Statement of Reasons (ISOR), Text of Regulations (ET),  and other materials may be accessed on the State Fire Marshal website under the tab titled (SFT) State Fire Training – Firefighter Training and Certification-Fee List at: http://osfm.fire.ca.gov/divisions/code-development-and-analysis/title-19-development/

The OSFM will accept written comments regarding this proposed regulatory action for 45 days beginning October 25, 2019 and ending December 9, 2019.
